DATES: September 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, 2018

“Strategies & Tactics for Female Law Enforcement Officers”isr_cat-04-crop

To ignore the differences in genders they pertain to learning approaches, physical capabilities, communication styles and ideal choices in tactics, training and equipment is to do so at the detriment to your entire department or agency.

As women become a larger part of the law enforcement community, training that meets the needs of the female officer is not only required but fundamental to the cohesion, safety, and overall effectiveness of every departmentand agency in the nation.

This course provides a thoroughly time and pressure tested curriculum that is morally and legally defensible, highly functional and time tried and pressure tested in some of the most dangerous policing environments in the world by Federal Agencies and military special teams, joint task forces and UC operatives.
