Saturday, October 1, 2022

Workshop #1 – Escaping, disengaging and attaining range. 

Participants will learn key aspects of the ISR Matrix to assure they can escape grips, holds, attempted chokes, and positional controls and either get away or get to tools or weapons at range. 

Saturday, October 8, 2022

Workshop #2 – Entering, engaging and securing space. 

Participants will learn key aspects of the ISR Matrix to assure they can best encounter and defend against assault by neutralizing, maneuvering and controlling the attack to efficiently and effectively counter it in a legally and morally defensible way. 

Saturday, October 15, 2022

Workshop #3 – Closing, resolving, and endings. 

Participants will learn key aspects of the ISR Matrix to assure they have access to both less than lethal and lethal means to completely remove the threat temporarily or entirely if necessary and justified.

Open to men and women 18 and up. 

Participants should wear regular “street” clothing with belt that allows for holster and knife carry options on belt for pockets. Tactical pants are obviously suitable.

Participants should bring an extra long sleeve t-shirt(s) that they don’t mind throwing away after training and or gi/ kimono jacket. 

Plastic or rubber guns only (red/ blue guns). No real fire arms. Training knives are encouraged but participants can bring in their every day carry blades for the deployment only portion of the training.
