Participants will progressively learn and drill the essential elements of the clinch and be introduced to pinning against or escaping from a wall or barrier while entangled with an opponent.

Seminar is open to novices and intermediate level martial artists looking to increase both their awareness and ability to better manage integrate position, balance, and techniques within the clinch.
